How We Source, Check and Ship Stock Lots
Buying stock lots from another country only works when you can see what happens to the goods before they reach you. This page shows our process, step by step.
We work in two ways: stock lots (garments that already exist) and manufacturing (new garments made to your order). The steps below are for stock lots. For new production, see Manufacturing
Step 1 — Collecting stock from factories
We collect leftover and surplus garments from garment factories in Bangladesh — export overruns, cancelled orders and other unsold export stock.
Step 2 — Sorting and checking
The garments are brought to our warehouse in Uttara, Dhaka, where they are sorted by style, size and colour and counted.
Step 3 — Finishing and repacking
Where needed, garments are finished and repacked so they are ready for export cartons.
Step 4 — Photos and lot details
We photograph the actual goods and write down the lot details — quantity, sizes, fabric and packing — so you can judge the lot before you buy.
Step 5 — Your order
You tell us which lot (or what product) you want, the quantity and your destination port. Price and terms are agreed in writing before the goods are shipped.
Step 6 — Packing and shipping
The goods are packed in export cartons and made ready for shipment to your port.
Questions
Can I see the goods before I pay?
Ask us on WhatsApp for photos of the exact lot you want.
Do you only sell stock you already have?
No. If the lot you need is not listed, tell us what you are looking for and we will source it from factories in Bangladesh. We can also arrange new production — see Manufacturing
